These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure transparency, clarity, and a smooth working relationship between NavMarg Overseas Pvt. Ltd. ("NavMarg", "we", "our") and our valued customers ("you", "your"). By accessing our website or using any of our logistics and freight services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Our intent is not to overwhelm you with legal language, but to clearly explain how we operate, protect your interests, and deliver services professionally and responsibly.

1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing our website, communicating with our representatives, or availing any service offered by NavMarg, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, we recommend contacting us so we can address your concerns transparently.

2. Scope of Services


NavMarg provides comprehensive logistics and trade-related solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Air Freight & Sea Freight (Import & Export)
  • Customs Clearance & Documentation Support
  • Domestic Transportation
  • Courier & Parcel Services
  • Cargo Insurance Assistance
  • Export Drawback & Duty Optimization Support (as applicable)

All services are rendered in compliance with applicable Indian laws, customs regulations, DGFT rules, IATA guidelines, IMO standards, Incoterms issued by the International Chamber of Commerce, and internal compliance policies.


3. Customer Responsibilities


To ensure smooth and timely service, customers are requested to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and lawful shipment information

  • Submit correct documentation within required timelines

  • Ensure proper packing, labeling, and declaration of goods

  • Inform NavMarg promptly of any changes or special requirements

Delays, penalties, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information may be borne by the customer.


4. Pricing, Charges & Payments



All quotations are indicative and based on prevailing market conditions, carrier availability, fuel surcharges, customs tariffs, and government notifications.
  • Final chargeable weight is determined by the respective carrier or shipping line

  • GST is applicable as per prevailing GST laws

  • Government duties, taxes, penalties, and levies are payable by the Shipper or Consignee

If NavMarg pays any statutory charges on behalf of the customer, immediate reimbursement is required.

Payments must be made via Account Payee Cheque, RTGS, or NEFT in favor of NavMarg Overseas Pvt. Ltd., with clear bill-wise references.

TDS: TDS should not be deducted on GST. Quarterly TDS certificates must be provided to NavMarg Overseas Pvt. Ltd.

Prices may change without prior notice due to regulatory updates, fuel variations, or carrier rate revisions. Delayed payments may result in service delays or interest as applicable.


5. Customs Clearance & Compliance


NavMarg assists with documentation, procedural guidance, and lawful duty optimization where applicable. However:

  • Customs authorities retain sole discretion on assessments and clearance

  • Export incentives and drawbacks are subject to government eligibility criteria

  • Delays due to customs processes are beyond NavMarg’s control

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of submitted information.

6. Insurance & Liability


Cargo insurance can be arranged upon request to safeguard goods against transit risks.

  • Insurance is not included by default

  • Claims are handled directly by the insurance provider

  • NavMarg assists only with documentation support

  • Claim settlements are paid directly by the insurer to the customer

NavMarg’s liability is limited in accordance with applicable laws and does not extend beyond agreed service scopes.

7. Limitation of Liability


While we strive for timely and efficient service, NavMarg shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by:

  • Carrier or airline disruptions

  • Customs or regulatory actions

  • Improper packaging

  • Incomplete or incorrect documentation

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political disruptions, etc.)

Logistics operations involve multiple external dependencies, and absolute time-bound guarantees cannot be assured.

8. Service Disruptions


NavMarg is not responsible for service interruptions arising from weather conditions, labor issues, government interventions, or carrier-related constraints. We commit to proactive communication and solution-oriented support during such events.

9. Intellectual Property


All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of NavMarg Overseas Pvt. Ltd. and may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Updates to Terms


NavMarg may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
